Gensquared was founded by Phil Chen and Patrick Siconolfi, who have worked in the business intelligence space collectively for over 30 years. Phil and Patrick honed their skills and expertise managing business intelligence and CRM systems for numerous Fortune 500, Fortune 2000, and mid-market companies throughout their professional careers.
As both a consultant and client-side data expert, Patrick Siconolfi brings extensive experience and expertise in the delivery and management of CRM and business intelligence platforms for many notable organizations across multiple industries, including advertising, finance, telecommunications, manufacturing and online gaming.
Prior to co-founding Gensquared, Patrick held progressively senior positions in organizations such as Molson Canada, Siebel Systems, TELUS, Bearingpoint and Cryptologic. He served as Director of Data Operations for Draftfcb leading their business intelligence and marketing automation platform operations and served on the North American technology senior leadership team at Draftfcb.
With a passion for all things data, Phil Chen has been involved with analytics, business intelligence, data warehousing, and marketing automation over the span of his career. His experience encompasses a variety of diverse roles across numerous industries including consulting, pre-sales, and management across diverse industries, consumer loyalty, retail, financial, and online gaming.
Prior to co-founding Gensquared, Phil held positions with LoyaltyOne (formerly The Loyalty Management Group Canada) and MicroStrategy. During his nine year tenure at Cryptologic, Phil was instrumental in the design and delivery of the firm’s Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence platform, providing the vision of its Back Office products and services in the roles of Director of Decision Support Services and Sr. Director of Business Services.
Phil holds an MBA from the Schulich School of Business.
